Stop! If you love chocolate and or peanuts this bad boy is for you. These brownies are an absolute dream. Super healthy and made with wholefoods. Enjoy



1/4 cup coconut oil 

1/2 cup peanut butter 

1/4 crushed peanuts for the top 

100gms dark chocolate (Loving Earth is my go to)

1/2 cup coconut sugar or Natvia sweetner

2 eggs 

1/4 cup cacao powder

1/2 cup almond flour 

pinch sea salt 

1 tsp vanilla essence 


Preheat oven to 180 C. Mix dry ingredients together. Melt coconut oil and dark chocolate slowly in the microwave or on the stove top. Add peanut butter. Add whisked eggs.

Add the dry ingredients and fold together.

Pour into baking dish. Top with peanuts.

Bake for 18-25 minutes at 180 degrees c.

Careful not to overcook you want it to be fudgey. Let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing
