Another successful flavour bursting dish without nasty oils or gluten PLUS the recipe uses lots of hidden greens and is pretty damn easy. Came home the other night craving carbonara. Whipped this ‘clean’ version up in no time. Mum used to make a cheesy mac for us when we were little and I remember the secret ingredients being tomato paste and worcestershire sauce. Trust me; its secret!
I went to Beany Green in Paddington for brunch (on my top 5 London smashed avo’s post >> here) and it was phenom.com. I thought that I would recreate it, so this morning did exactly just that. I winged it, as usual, and they turned out a treat. Super filling and wholesome, healthy with minimal ingredients and maximum taste. Do yourself a favour or woo someone with your breakfast skills.
